I love to do layout and design. Give me a project, Quark Xpress and some time and I am a very happy person. I have also used Pagemaker, InDesign and Publisher. eBooks I started creating eBooks of children's stories that are in the public domain. I also wrote and published an eBook called The Animals of Aesop's Fables (PDF) to go with the my eBook version of Aesop's Fables (PDF). I now have several photography eBooks, including one called Nature Alphabet. You can find links to them on the home page. I have several more planned. I am currently looking for a publisher who will take me on as an intern and show me the ropes of creating eBooks from layout to cover design and everything inbetween.
Newsletters Several years ago I created a newsletter for my daughter's karate school Kearny Martial Arts. To view the first issue, click here. I volunteered to create the newsletter for my daughter's afterschool program called MANY Options. To see the September 2006 issue, click here.
Bookcovers A few years ago I worked with author Dr. Stephen Holt. My job there was to typeset his books. I also created web sites and designed the covers for two of the books he published while I worked for him.
